We are a family farm located on a beautiful hilltop in the Southern Fingerlakes Region of New York State. We raise with great care, delicious beef, pork and lamb. All of our animals are raised without hormones or antibiotics on our lush pastures. The pig’s diets are supplemented with an organic grain. You can taste the difference of naturally raised grassfed meat. The flavor is richer and more complex than conventionally raised meat.
